Using this website

This website presents Orvane Energy’s solar assessment, system design and installation services in Kenya. It does not have customer accounts, checkout, advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

Sending an enquiry

When you submit the contact form, your name, email address, town or county, chosen service, optional phone number and message are sent through the website to Orvane’s email inbox at [email protected]. We also send an acknowledgement to the email address you supply. We use your details to respond and discuss your requested service or business relationship; submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

The website does not keep a separate customer database or store your form details in browser storage. Enquiry emails remain in the business mailbox, and the mail provider processes messages to deliver them. Mailbox and provider-log retention depend on operational and provider settings; contact us about information you have shared, including correction or deletion requests.

Protecting the enquiry service

To limit spam and duplicate messages, the website keeps a reference number, delivery status, time and protected fingerprints derived from the connection address, email address and enquiry. These records do not contain the readable message or contact details. They expire after 48 hours and are cleared on the next valid submission or scheduled maintenance. The website does not set tracking cookies.

Continuing in WhatsApp

After email submission succeeds, the form opens WhatsApp with your enquiry details and reference in a prepared message. These details are passed to WhatsApp in a link. You review the draft and tap Send yourself; the website cannot confirm whether you send it. If your browser blocks the new tab, you can open the draft using the confirmation button.

Other contact channels

WhatsApp and Instagram operate under their own privacy terms. Calling or emailing us uses your chosen telephone or email service. Please avoid including financial account details, identity documents or other sensitive information in an initial enquiry.

Website hosting

The hosting provider may process technical access information, such as IP addresses, requested pages and browser details, to serve and secure the site. Hosting log settings and retention depend on the provider. No third-party embeds are loaded by this website.
